New Signing: Geography of the Moon

Home Hearing Records is proud to announce the signing of Geography of the Moon – a Scottish-Italian/French post-punk band based in Glasgow, Scotland.

About Geography of the Moon

Born from a meeting in East London in 2016, Geography of the Moon have carved out a singular sonic identity they call “Death Pop” – a mash-up of post-punk, psych rock, new wave and indie influences.

Their body of work, including their recent LP Aberdeen Hiroshima, spans emotional and sonic extremes – from dark, brooding atmospheres to shimmering shoegaze textures to dub and poetry breaks, all between highly danceable tracks.

Themes of politics, belonging, feminism, magic, faith and even quantum physics run through their catalogue, delivered with intensity, wit and hypnotic force.

Geography of the Moon will release their new single “Stay Clear Stay Sharp” on 26 March on Home Hearing Records. The track will be available via Bandcamp and all streaming platforms.
